A young professional wanted a low maintenance garden which provided privacy from overlooking neighbours. The solution was to dig out most of the garden removing over 100 tonnes of earth to give a sunken deck area. The plants were low maintenance and the the only regular maintenance required was to mow the small lawn - even this proved too much and we have since quoted for replacing it with artificial grass..
