Fish Pool

The client wanted to make the most of an area in their dark and North facing courtyard garden. There was already a large quantity of beautiful Yorkstone paving hidden under years of grim which was relayed and cleaned up. Safety was paramount as the clients had small children and were affraid they would fall off the existing steep stairs. To solve this we introduced a circular stairwell and took down the existing wall and pushed it back to create a bed. To introduce some year round colour we designed and commissioned a wrought ironwork balustrade with bespoke stained glass infills..
