Not everyone requires the full design service and we can offer a correspondence solution to this. We do this on a fixed fee basis depending on the size of the plot.

Hard Landscaping Design
- Small garden (up to 30m2) : £350
- Medium garden (up to 100m2) : £400
- Large garden (up to 200m2) : £500
Additional Price Planting Plan
- Small garden (up to 30m2 ): £125
- Medium garden (up to 100m2 ): £150
- Large garden (up to 200m2) : £175
We have developed a questionnaire for you to complete which will help formulate a brief and give us all the information we require to design your garden. You will then need to send this to us, along with photographs of the garden from as many aspects as possible, the survey or site plan (advice on how to complete a usable survey will be sent to you, along with the questionnaire) and your payment. We will then send you in return and within 2 weeks of receiving payment your completed design. This will consist of a colour mounted A2 (or larger if required) hand drawn scale plan showing hard landscaping layouts, areas of planting and any features mentioned in the brief, e.g. water feature / pergola etc. We will also provide you with a mood board showing photos of our suggested materials and products to be used. You will also receive a copy of the plan showing lighting layouts / irrigation plans and any other relevant working details. We are available on the phone or by e mail any time during normal working hours to discuss your project.

We can also provide you with an elevation drawing of the garden which will show how the garden will look from a specified angle. This, and any further drawings or alterations required costs an additional £75 per drawing.

If you have specified us to add a planting plan to the hard landscaping plan then this will also be received at the same time. This will consist of a copy of the plan with the position and sizes of all the specified plants marked on. You will also receive a plant list, indicating the pot size and number of each species. Perhaps the most useful is a board showing a photo of each plant, so the overall effect of the plant palette can be seen. We can also source all specified plants and can have them delivered to your door ready for planting. We will also provide a quote for doing this.
